Refund Policy & Bank Surcharge Policy:
Note: A 3.0% Banking Surcharge will be applied to each purchase.
Cancellation, No-Show and Refund Policy
Our policies and procedures regarding course cancellations and refunds are as follows:
- Customers must confirm that they have thoroughly reviewed and understand the course day(s), time(s), and location(s) before enrollment.
- In the event of a course cancellation, a full refund will be provided if the cancellation occurs before 14 days of the scheduled start day. A 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs before 7 days of the scheduled start day. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made with less than 48 hours of the course start day.
- Additionally, all transactions are subject to a non-refundable 3% bank surcharge.
- In cases of a no-show, individuals must rebook the course and submit payment again unless they provide a valid exemption reason such as a medical emergency.
These policies are designed to ensure fairness and clarity for all participants and to maintain the integrity of our scheduling and financial procedures.
Note: This policy also applies to individuals who falsely complete their registration form.
